Mission:

Employment Services of Weld County is in the market of helping businesses connect with job seekers. We have the expertise to help companies find qualified applicants. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to identify top talent for your company. We have the most current pool of technical associates available for deployment.

You can save time and money by letting our experienced Business Services Specialists recruit, screen, and refer qualified applicants. We are prepared for mass client application and resume submittal and have facilities for mass interviewing.

Job Matching:

The heart of our labor exchange is the job-matching system. This system maintains a file of registered applicants, which includes information on skills, work history, and the educational status of each applicant. When you list a job opening, staff will search our database locally and statewide, depending on your need. In addition to the job match, your position is posted on our Job Board for walk-in clients, listed on our Job Line, and posted to the national employment network through Connecting Colorado at www.connectingcolorado.com

In addition, take advantage of the many incentives that can save you money. Tax credits, training/education assistance, on-the-job training and subsidized wage opportunities vary among targeted groups. For more information, visit the Employment Incentives page.

Employer Seminars are also available to address workforce issues. Please send topic suggestions to Elvira Gonzalez at  egonzalez@weldgov.com
